    1. Right from the very first the author draws you into this story and honestly, I had the heart pounding page turning reaction from the get go. I was finding myself trying to read faster so I could see what was coming next. This is the first book I've read from this author but if her writing is anything like this for her other works then she definitely has a new fan in me. There is so much going on in this book but thankfully it was well paced and I never felt snowed under with everything that was [...]

    2. As much as I’ve loved Alexia’s other book series such as A Dark Faerie Tale, I do believe I’ve found a new favorite! This omnibus edition has all four of the Fall of Sky series combined into one big ball of suspenseful awesomeness!“I could feel the monster beneath who wasn’t to be trifled with.”The story will keep you hooked, the characters will keep you engaged, and the trainwreck that these peoples lives are apparently heading for is happening in almost slow-motion. You can see it [...]

    3. I loved it all. So much fun to see another side to this author. I loved the musician aspect as well. The love, the hardships, the conflicts and the amazing bond between sisters and even through everything they are together. I loved how it ended and the end brought everything together perfectly. The lyrics are amazing and I loved Saul. He brought more into this story. The betrayal involved was perfect for the story and made me feel. As always when reading I felt like I was brought into the story. [...]

    4. Firstly, I love that this book is complete with all four parts. I could just carry straight on to the next book. This book is a touching story about family and how important it is, both the good parts and the bad.I feel so lucky to be born in New Zealand and not have to deal with gang shooting, cartels and such like. This gives you an inside view to that world as well.I'm not into spoilers so will just say that there are quite afew rollercoaster rides in the book and, the best thing you can do, is [...]

    6. Fall of Sky is a really entertaining book. It is the story of 2 sisters that are living on the road and trying to make a living from their music. This theme was very appealing to the music lover in me. I did not have any expectations when I began my reading because I had never read anything from Alexia Purdy. Please note that this book was given to me in exchange of an honest review.I loved the non stereotypical male characters in the book: Saul aka the blind man and Jonas/Emilio from a Mexican [...]

    7. I won't lie. I have mixed feelings about this book. I was hooked into it most of the times but at some points, I just wanted to get over with it. Some things happen so suddenly that I feel like the writer rushed into it. Maybe she just came up with a thought and put it down, hoping it just made sense. I don't mean to diss the characters but I didn't like Liv. She made me frown throughout the entire book. I mean get a grip. Audrey was waay better and she was more easy to connect with. I loved her [...]

    8. I was given a free ecopy of this book from the Group Shut up and Read in exchange for an honest review.I found myself drawn in from the very beginning with the journey of Liv and Audrey. Two sisters traveling to get away from their tortured pasts and live life playing in their band without looking back and with no regrets. The young sisters are complete opposites but they have a bound that can't be broken. One of course is responsible most of the time and the other is a free spirit who seems to [...]

    9. I'll admit the beginning hooked me and the middle almost made me stop, but I held on to the end. I really liked Audrey, even though she made a couple of mistakes along the way. I know how it feels to have that kind of loss myself and I could relate to her feelings and I am glad she got a happy ending. I had reservations about Saul, thinking he'd be part of the Cartel, but I'm so glad that he wasn't. I also liked that he didn't let anything stop him from doing whatever he set his mind to. As for [...]

    10. 2.5 stars overall. I read the serial in segments, but close together with a break between the first two and last two parts. Overall, it was okay; it just didn't have any "wow factor" for me and I never felt connected with the characters or invested in the story. For two girls messed up with a drug cartel, I felt like things would have gotten much uglier and messier. Also, the rock star theme seemed to be on the backburner of the story, with the girls' relationships being the main focus. I have m [...]

    11. Loved this book. It is two sisters, Liv and Audrey, struggling to stay together and make it through rough times. Life hasn't been kind to them. They hold on and keep on trudging ahead. They lost their mother and had an abusive stepfather to deal with before they struck out on their own. Music is the way they stay afloat. Success finds the sisters after the addition of Saul. Success comes with a harsh price and tied to some really bad guys who are a large part of a drug cartel. I hate spoilers so [...]

    12. ***I received this book in exchange for an honest review from the author.***This book was so frustrating! I had anxiety through most of it because I was always waiting for something bad to happen. I loved certain parts, Saul was great, Emilio also had great parts. The cartel addition was stressful, lol. The sisters relationships was stressful and then on top of that you had the fame aspect. It was all a little much for my taste.I obviously loved Audrey the most, she was the most relateable charac [...]

    13. This was a really good book about two sisters who had to make their way in the world after running away from a bad step father and then a bad boss. They are a two piece group and pick up a nice guy who has gone blind but can play music and the twist and turns because of the stealing from their former boss they en up get mixed up with a bad group of bad guys and they make music and actually because famous. It explains their relationships and what happens

    14. With this series Purdy steps away from the paranormal we have come to expect from her and shows her side for intrigue and family as she introduces to 2 sisters who are traveling musicians. The sisters are as different as can be and now they are on the run. I love the way she introduces us to the sisters and the men who pursue them. Great read and worth the series and cliff hanger.

    15. The books has its ups and downs. Getting to know both sisters from their points of view helped with character development. But the story line didn't really do it for me. Fundementally there's nothing wrong with the book. Just didn't draw me in the way I was hoping.Received a free copy for my honest opinion

    16. Great storyI liked this series of books, the story line was different but very enjoyable. I was very happy with the ending, I really was hoping Saul and Audrey would get back together.

    17. On the edge. You have done it again, had me on the edge of my seat. I am so glad Liv did what she did for all involved. Saul was a great addition to the story, especially in the end. Many thanks for this.

    18. Well I wasn't expecting it to all go down like that - makes sense - not what I wanted to see happen but still a good ending :)

    19. Read this in The XOXO New Adult Collection. It was one of 16 full length stories of love and romance. Great story.

    20. Mel's review Loved this book. I laughed, cried, and got angry. I felt like was there. Audrey was awesome. And loved the ending.
