    1. As a fan of the Persona series, I really found this manga to be very enjoyable. The story is about this boy, named Soji Seta, who transfers to a new high school in Inaba. Soji meets friends like Yosuke & Chie and hears about this one mysterious channel that only appears at midnight, both Soji and Yosuke decide to see this and find out if its true. When the midnight channel appeared they saw a mysterious girl from school, who was found murdered the next day I won't say much more but this mang [...]

    2. It's Persona 4. If you played the game or watched the anime, its a pretty faithful retelling of the story. Still fantastic. Persona 4 is one of my favorite universes ever. The only jarring thing is by this point I accepted that the otherwise silent protagonist's name was Yu Narukami. So when they called him something else it just felt off. Everything else is perfect.I love Persona 4.

    3. very similar to the anime which i'll say is a pretty good thing. art is also very good and narration is okay. nothing outstanding though especially since i've seen the anime, i already know the 'mystery'.

    4. PURSE OWNEEEEEER.highly recommend this game/francise. The mangaIm not a manga fan really but I enjoyed this because I enjoy the games!

    5. Based on a game, which probably explains why the story slides from broody teen angst into spectacular battles as it goes along. The human stuff worked much better than the adventure stuff.

    6. A really great adaption!I loved the game and the anime, and the manga is just as good. Outstanding art that fits super well with the games' aesthetic, and I love the little nuances the mangaka has added to this.

    7. I loved the game and I also loved the two seasons of anime and I've been waiting for this since October 2015. I've been too excited for it. I can sometimes find that pacing at the start of a manga that's been adapted from a film or video game can sufferer until the first pivotal event. This however, was not the case for P4! For what is a pretty short manga the start felt very well paced for me and this may be because of the fair amount of text in the manga. I mean, seen as it's based off a very [...]

    8. Everything's great at your Junes!Whatever shape or form Persona 4 takes, I will be there to enjoy it. Originally a RPG video game for the PlayStation 2, Persona 4 - much like its predecessor - was unique for the genre: half dating sim, half dungeon crawler. The story is spectacular and involves the relationships between a group of students who come together to solve a strange, paranormal mystery involving The Midnight Channel, an urban legend that states if you watch TV at midnight on a rainy da [...]

    9. "I am Thou, and Thou art I" -Izanagi (Persona 4 the Animation) This manga series is based off of a video game on the PS2, which has been rereleased with additional content on the PS Vita (as Persona 4 Golden), The series has also spawned off an anime adaptation, a couple fighting games, and a rhythm game to name a few. In the story, the player character, named "Soji Seta" in the book moves to the small town of Inaba to live with his Uncle Ryotaro Dojima, and his daughter Nanako for a year while [...]

    10. Love this adaptation! I'm really curious how the writer is going to play with the story and develop relationships since he is taking some liberties with the timeline. (Like Soji and Yosuke basically starting at max social level link!) I also really like the inner dialogue of Soji and how Yosuke was essentially the main characterI really liked his perspective. I can't wait for more!

    11. The main character lacks personality, but that's probably expected because in the game you're supposed to be the main character, but for it being turned into a manga novel, it probably should give him a bit more character. His presence felt missing.

    12. Though it's only the first volume, I know for a fact that the manga adaptation will live up to the juggernaut game/anime.

    13. Good start. It's been a while since I started a new manga. I'm still not quite sure what's going on but I'ma find out!
