    1. A simple introduction to food and nutrition. A few inaccuracies and outdated information. Vegetarians do NOT eat fish, they would be pescatarians.

    2. a few things in this book I don't believe in or I believe to be inaccurate to my beliefs. Like soy being a great source for protein. Soy is a hormone disrupter and is toxic to humans and should not be consumed. Also, the part about hens that says free range hens only lay 80 eggs a year, no that's just a different breed, different breeds lay different amount of eggs; some lay 3 eggs a week and some lay every day. I used to raise chickens.

    3. Simple introduction to our food needs and how to make good choices. A little outdated in that it uses the food pyramid instead of my plate, but that is easily fixed with a quick website search.

    4. ok, Not so sure about the layout. A small size book packed with many facts on each page. Maybe for use as a reference book in an elementary school.
